Privacy Notice
Data is our game, and we can never have enough of it. Yours is the exception. We don't want it, and we will never use it for anything you didn't ask for.
This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
What we collect
1. The AudilyNow.ai notify list
If you enter your email in the "Notify Me" form, we store the email address you typed, the date and time you submitted it, and which form you used. That is all. We use it for one purpose: to tell you when AudilyNow.ai launches, and for related product news from The Meta Groupe Inc. We do not sell, rent, or share the list with anyone.
The list is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, on its global network. To be removed, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete the record.
2. Site analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which parts of the site people read and how fast it loads. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track visitors across sites. It gives us aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, country, browser type, and loading performance. We do not receive or store anything that identifies you personally.
3. Email you send us
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.
What we do not do
- We set no cookies of our own.
- We run no advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking pixels.
- We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
Third parties involved in serving this site
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the notify list, and provides the analytics described above. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy. It may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, and Google may log that request under its privacy policy.
Your choices
- Do not submit the form if you would rather we hold nothing about you.
- Ask us to delete your notify-list record at any time by email.
- Your browser settings can block third-party requests such as fonts if you prefer.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them and the effective date at the top is updated. Material changes to how the notify list is used will be announced to the list before they take effect.
